If the NDP wants to reclaim its soul—it needs to show up, speak truth, and fight like hell. Because right now, it's not fighting for people like me. It's not even trying.
Very valid point. For the first time in my 60+ years on earth, I volunteered for a candidate in an election. I volunteered for a Liberal candidate in a solid blue riding. I had no expectation that she would win, but I loved her drive to climb that hill knowing the odds against her. Her campaign’s energy was wonderful. She didn’t win, but she finished a very strong second. I’m satisfied. I didn’t even know who the NDP candidate was until I saw the ballot when I voted. There was no signs of any kind for the NDP candidate in my town either.
